Practical Information
To help you prepare for the 2026 season, please find below the main elements you need to know:
Location & Access
Each event features an exhibitors’ village located at the heart of the meeting, directly adjacent to the pits, paddocks, grandstands, or high-traffic public areas.
Setup & Logistics
- Site maps will be available a few weeks before the event.
- Setup on Thursday from 2:00 pm*. Breakdown on Sunday from 6:00 pm*.
- Distribution of exhibitor badges.
Badges & Accreditations
- Exhibitors receive 2 three-day accreditations (including paddock access).
- Additional badges can be ordered via the exhibitor area. A preferential-rate ticketing system is also available.
- 1 car park access + 1 delivery pass.
Included Services:
- One white tented area (possibility of multiple connected tents)
- Size: 3 m depth x 6 m frontage (18 m²)
- Height: 2.20 m at the lowest point, 3.20 m at the highest point
- Ground anchoring
- Electricity: 1 x 16A outlet
- Exhibitor signage
Opening Hours
Opening hours vary depending on the event timetables, which will be shared ahead of the meeting. Exhibitors must open before 9:00 am*, prior to the start of the races.
