Circuit Dijon-Prenois

Declared open on 1972, Dijon-Prenois hosted one of the most exciting Formula One races of all time. The 1979 Grand Prix was won by Renault's Jean-Pierre Jabouille, but most fans will remember the race for the battle for second between Jabouille's team mate Rene Arnoux and Gilles Villeneuve in the Ferrari. For the final two laps of the race the two cars changed position at virtually every corner. Dijon-Prenois is a spectacular circuit to drive with its natural gradients and cambers set into several challenging corners.
