Sally Mason Styrron, a historical figure of the events by Peter Auto, is gone.

The list of those who are leaving us is inexorably increasing; those we have known, those we have loved… And it is in the latter category that, for the last forty years, our solar friend Sally Mason Styrron has been part of.

Sally is a part and parcel of Peter Auto’s history. Since the first of her 16 Tour Autos in 1993, when she impressed everybody at the wheel of the unique red and blue-nosed Ferrari Daytona that she drove with husband Dudley, she has shared almost all the adventures by Peter Auto: from the Tour of Spain to the Rallye des Légendes Richard Mille, including the Ferrari Historic Challenge and many others.

Our thoughts go out to her family, especially to Dudley, from whom she was for us inseparable.

She leaves us, sadly, on the side of the road, after a long fight against the disease which did not prevent her from living her love for horses – steaming, or simply living, ‘her children’ that she kept in Egypt where the last round of this battle has just taken place.
